Successful grants under
this program are designed to test new ideas, make sure effective
programs are replicated or institutionalized, address critical or
emerging issues, and/or provide core support to mental health organizations
with a proven record of accomplishment. Grant applications that
involve very young children (ages birth to 6 years) are particularly
encouraged.
