Guidelines for Accountability

IMH is committed to promoting effective and responsible services. Good planning, including identification of indictors of success, followed by careful and accurate documentation of service provision and utilization are the first steps in making it possible for service providers and funders to learn from the work we do. Thus, IMH requires that all applicants outline a plan for collection and utilization of pertinent information and the ability to report throughout the proposed funding period. In addition, it is expected that applicants will consider indicators of success (short term outcomes) an integral part of their planning process.
